Hart Holidays is a Scottish tour operator designing individual self drive car touring Scottish island hopping holidays for people travelling on their own, couples, families and small groups booking directly with us from the UK and elsewhere, and work with many overseas travel agents & tour operators in Europe, North America and around the world.
Hart Holidays was established in 2011 and is based in the Glasgow area. We are a small team, with several members each having 30 years experience dedicated to working harder to provide you with an enjoyable holiday experience.
Our self drive holidays (with your own car or a rental car) are tailor-made to suit your preferences and requirements, and we would be delighted to help with advice, plan and book when ready, your memorable trip to the islands and elsewhere across Scotland.
Financial protection is provided in accordance with the Package Travel & Linked Travel Regulations 2018 and, as you would expect, we have Tour Operator’s Public Liability Insurance and Employers’ Liability Insurance.
We are members of the Scottish Destination Management Association (Member of the Scottish Tourism Alliance) and work with VisitScotland and VisitBritain including attending travel trade shows such as the VisitScotland Expo and VisitBritain Explore GB.
We have close links with the ferry companies sailing to the Scottish islands, such as Caledonian MacBrayne Ferries (west coast islands), Pentland Ferries (for Orkney) and NorthLink Ferries (for Shetland and Orkney) and work in partnership with many smaller, often family run, hotels, inns, guest houses, B&Bs and other holiday suppliers across Scotland.
